Arrest in the Baby Gabriel Johnson Case

Tammi Smith was arrested earlier this week and charged with “custodial interference” and forgery. But even as she was getting off the bus to head to prison she didn’t seem that bugged by it. Instead she kept a smile on her face as if she was doing something good. Tammi has been released on bail and was able to walk out of jail having this to say:IMG: Sxc.hu
“We already pretty much knew those charges were going to come up. By law they could arrest me, it doesn’t mean those charges are going to stick, it doesn’t mean those charges are true. Here’s a mother, where a man is trying to take away her child. Yes, he’s the man that was on the birth certificate. But she’s claiming there’s another potential father. I can’t say why, I’m not going to say why on tv but the courts will know why when I go to court.”
She already begins making this look like she was trying to help a mom keep her child. But this wasn’t the case, Elizabeth didn’t want her child, instead Tammi did. If it is true there may be another biological father, it shouldn’t matter. Logan is on the birth certificate and believes himself to be the father of that little boy. He loves him so much that on Tuesday he went on the road to search for his little boy. This isn’t a man that is seeking anything besides his own kid. In my opinion Elizabeth simply didn’t want the kid and wanted some money and is now bringing another man into this so she can get away with it. Whether she sold her little boy (human trafficing) or killed him, she’s done something and someone knows.
Tammi Smith was released on a $15,000 bond. Of course Tammi is already stating that Logan need to be “watching” and that he is the liar and that she can’t understand why he took so long to begin looking for his son. For those that don’t know, Logan has hired a world-reknowned private investigator, J.J. Armes, to help him find his boy. This does not sound like a father that is giving up, instead if sounds like one that is more determined to find him.
Here’s what she actually said about Logan:
I don’t believe in my heart of hearts he ever cared about getting that baby. If he did, he had weeks to go get that baby but never once tried. Never once did he go to San Antonio and go to every hotel off of the interstate to say, ‘Hey, have you seen this woman or this baby.
Logan has already commented on this matter stating the investigators had asked him to stay local to help in the search, it wasn’t until they gave him the green light at which point he took off to find his kid and hired the P.I. J.J. Armes has a different way of finding people and it isn’t the same strategy the police have, instead he just looks for the boy and not the people that have them. So he could easily bring him home with no arrests. Jay has many contacts throughout the world, including those underground so it may be only a matter of time, at least that’s what I’m hoping. Logan and Armes already met earlier this week and they will meet again today before Logan moves on to the San Antonio detectives, hopefully he’s getting some leads.
